Huawei SUN2000-8K-LC0 Inverter Hybrid Single Phase – 01076591

The new Huawei SUN2000-K-LC0 series string inverters, such as the Huawei SUN2000-8K-LC0 Single Phase Hybrid Inverter – 01076591, are the ideal solution to the current demand for high power residential string inverters. With versions in 8 and 10kW with 3 MPPTs and compatible with Huawei’s LUNA2000 batteries, they provide great flexibility for grid-connected residential and industrial installations.

The Huawei SUN2000-8/10K-LC0 range features two 8 or 10 kW devices. This single-phase inverter features innovative artificial intelligence arc detection and a maximum efficiency of 98.1%. Compatible with high current (16A) PV modules, it offers up to 3 MPPT with individual inputs and the ability to double the power with battery. They are compatible with the single-phase SUN2000-2/3/3.68/4/4.6/5/6KTL-L1 range and with the P450/P600 optimisers.

Its lightweight design, weighing less than 15kg, facilitates individual installation, and supports a variety of communications such as WLAN, Ethernet and 4G/3G/2G.

Operating modes

The SUN2000 can operate in Standby, Run or Off mode.

Standby: The SUN2000 enters Standby mode when the external environment does not meet operating requirements. Standby Mode:

• The SUN2000 continuously performs a status check and enters Operation mode once the operational requirements are met.
• The SUN2000 enters Shutdown mode after detecting a shutdown command or a fault after startup.

Operation:

• The SUN2000 converts the direct current from the strings of photovoltaic panels into alternating current and supplies it to the grid.
• The SUN2000 tracks the maximum power point to maximise the output of the PV panels.
• If the SUN2000 detects a fault or a shutdown command, it enters Shutdown mode.
• The SUN2000 enters Standby mode after detecting that the power output of the PV panels is not adequate to connect to the grid to generate power.

Off:

• In Standby or Run mode, the SUN2000 enters Shutdown mode after detecting a fault or shutdown command.
• In Shutdown mode, the SUN2000 enters Standby mode after a start command is detected or the fault is corrected.

Protection

The inverter is protected to IP66 standard and can be installed both indoors and outdoors.
