Two AC outlets
The Victron MultiPlus has a main output with «no-break» function, which ensures continuous supply to connected loads in the event of a blackout or disconnection of the mains or generator. Switching is so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic devices continue to operate without interruption.

The second output is only activated when one of the Victron MultiPlus inputs is receiving AC power. It is ideal for connecting devices that should not discharge the battery, such as a water heater. This second output is available on models rated at 3000VA or higher.

Power scalable via parallel connection
To increase power output, up to six MultiPlus units of the same model can operate in parallel. For example, six Victron MultiPlus 24/5000/120 inverter devices combined provide 25 kW/30 kVA output and a load capacity of 720A.

Three-phase operating capacity
In addition to parallel connection, three units of the same multiplus compact model can be configured to generate a three-phase output. Up to six groups of three units can be connected, achieving an output power of 75 kW/90 kVA and more than 2000A of load capacity.

PowerControl – Generator or grid power management
The Victron MultiPlus is a powerful battery charger and can draw a significant amount of current from the generator or pontoon mains. Thanks to the Multi Control Panel, a current limit from the generator or shore power can be set. The MultiPlus inverter will automatically adjust its power usage to avoid overloading the power supply.

PowerAssist – Electrical capacity booster
The PowerAssist function allows the Victron MultiPlus to supplement the capacity of the power source. If a peak demand occurs, the Victron MultiPlus will automatically make up the difference from the energy stored in the battery. When demand decreases, the excess energy is redirected to recharge the battery.

Solar energy: Power available even in blackouts
The Victron MultiPlus inverter can be installed in both grid-connected and off-grid photovoltaic systems, as well as in other alternative electrical systems. Power failure detection software is also available.

System configuration

• In stand-alone applications, the configuration can be changed within minutes using DIP switches.
• For parallel or three-phase applications, the VE.Bus Quick Configure and VE.Bus System Configurator software is used.
• In off-grid, grid-interactive or self-consumption systems including grid inverters or MPPT solar chargers, the configuration is done via Wizards (specialised software).

On-site monitoring and control
There are various options for system monitoring and control, such as Battery Monitor, Multi Control Panel, Color Control GX and other devices. It is also possible to access from devices such as smartphones or tablets via Bluetooth, as well as from laptops or computers via USB or RS232.

Remote monitoring and control
The system allows remote monitoring via the Color Control GX and other devices, with free VRM (Victron Remote Management) web-based data storage.

Remote configuration
If the system is connected to Ethernet, data can be accessed and settings can be changed remotely via the Victron MultiPlus with Color Control GX and other compatible devices.
